About Public Storage
This Public Storage on Felipe Ave in San Jose rents outdoor units that fit boats and vehicles, including 10x20 to 10x30 sizes with drive-up access. Indoor units range from 10x10 to 10x15, some on the ground floor and some with elevator access. The place has a 4.7 rating from over a thousand Google reviews. Reviewers keep bringing up Mary and Shelena at the front desk, saying they explain options clearly and make signing up easy. Others note the facility feels secure and clean, though one long-term renter had a rough experience with a unit that wasn't checked for a while. Another mentioned a shady elevator and carts that go missing. The location is a bit tucked away, which a reviewer called the only downside. Reserving online is free with no commitment, and you can skip the counter with eRental. The office has posted hours, so it's not a 24/7 gate.
