About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Sanford and handles both indoor units and outdoor parking for RVs, boats, and vehicles. The outdoor spots are uncovered with drive-up access, so you can pull the rig in and go. Indoor units come climate controlled, and the larger ones are ground floor with rollup doors. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Over and over people describe the team as kind and say the property is clean and well kept. Several mention Gordon by name, calling him friendly and professional. One reviewer said he got them into a new spot fast when part of their area was taken up. Others note the explanations were clear and questions got answered quickly. A few reviews strike a different tone. One person was told a promotional rate did not apply to existing customers and saw the price jump. Another flagged gate problems, including a stretch when the space could not be reached. It is worth asking how the gate is working before you sign.
