About Self-Storage at U-Haul

This U-Haul Moving & Storage sits in Sanford, close to Lake Mary and Heathrow. Units come indoor or outdoor, and climate control is available for the stuff you don't want cooking in Florida heat. Security cameras and 24/7 access are part of the setup, and there's drive-up access for vehicles, boats included. Rentals run month to month, and you can book online and pay online. Reviews are mixed but lean positive. The staff gets most of the praise, with several people naming employees who were friendly and quick to help, including someone who sorted out trailer drop-off and move-in logistics the day before a move. One long-term customer noted recent cleanups, including a dump area that was removed and a smell that got resolved. One reviewer had a bad experience: a reservation made months ahead wasn't honored on arrival. That's a single account, but worth knowing before you count on a hold. The facility has set hours rather than round-the-clock office staffing.
