About Public Storage
This Schaumburg Public Storage sits on the self-storage side of things, with indoor units and 24-hour access listed among the options. Units come in sizes from small 5x5 up to large 10x25, many on the ground floor with rollup doors and drive-up access. One 10x25 listing notes an electric outlet and an enclosed space. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Khalilah gets named again and again for walking people through rentals, answering questions, and keeping a stressful move from feeling that way. Mike the manager shows up too, described as polite and helpful with questions. The property itself gets called clean, and people mention the online rental and bill payment being quick. Reserving online is free with no commitment, and there is an eRental option if you want to skip the counter. The facility is wheelchair accessible, with an accessible entrance and parking lot.
