About Public Storage
Public Storage runs a self-storage site in Schaumburg that also lists automobile, boat and RV storage among its categories. Units range from small 5x5 climate-controlled inside spaces up to a 10x20 ground-floor unit with a rollup door. Some units sit outside with drive-up access, which suits rigs you want to pull straight up to. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Khalilah and Xiomara come up by name for walking people through units, answering questions and sorting out problems fast. One reviewer said remote access is nice and called the property clean and tidy. Another mentioned it is easy in and out even with long trailers, with room to maneuver. It is open 24/7, and the property has wheelchair accessible parking and entrance. The 4.8 rating across 368 reviews is high, but not every review is glowing. One renter wrote that rent more than doubled, and that a request for a one-month discount after a job loss was turned down. Worth reading through the recent ones yourself before you sign.
