About Public Storage
Public Storage on a Silver Spring lot offers indoor and drive-up units. The 10x20 and 10x30 spaces are outside with roll-up doors, and the 10x30 can hold a boat or vehicle. Smaller 5x5 and 5x10 units sit inside the building. Access is 24/7, and cameras are on site. Reviewers keep mentioning Crystal, the manager, by name. They describe her as professional, friendly, and patient, and say she explains things clearly and helps take the stress out of moving in. Not every review is positive. One person complained about potholes and a fence that could be climbed, and another said the facility itself did not match the praise for the staff. Worth a look in person before you sign.
