About Public Storage
This Springfield Public Storage sits on the self-storage side of town and rents indoor units, some climate controlled, including ground-floor options and drive-up access on the outside 10x10 units. Online rental is free with no commitment, and you can skip the counter and go straight to your unit. Access runs around the clock. Reviewers keep bringing up Mo, the office manager. People describe her walking them through the property step by step, explaining unit choices to first-timers, and staying courteous through the whole rental. The app gets mentioned too, along with how clean the property stays. The rating sits at 4.8 across 572 Google reviews. Not everyone is happy. One reviewer says the rate nearly doubled a few months in, and another describes problems reaching the office over an auction. Read the recent reviews before you commit, and ask about the rate in writing. There is also a moving supply store on site.
