About Public Storage
This Public Storage on Alban Road in Springfield handles more than indoor units. Outdoor parking is an option, and boat storage comes up in the listing too. The property is open 24/7, so you can pull in when it suits you rather than racing a gate clock. Most of the roughly 600 Google reviews land at 4.8 stars, and a lot of them single out the manager, Samina, by name. Reviewers describe her as friendly and helpful with parking and storage questions and say she keeps the lot and lobby clean. One long-time customer mentioned she handed over oil to help with a stuck lock. Others praise the quick rental process and staff who walk you through the procedures. Not every review is warm. One renter had a lockout over a payment mix-up and dealt with a broken elevator, so read the recent ones yourself. The indoor units are elevator-served, and you can reserve online before you drive over.
