About Public Storage
Public Storage on the Sugar Land side runs a mix of covered and uncovered drive-up parking for RVs, boats and vehicles, plus indoor units if you want your rig out of the weather. The lot is gated with cameras, and gate access works around the clock, so you are not tied to office hours. Most of what people write about centers on the staff. Reviewers name Shioban again and again for being kind, quick and straight with them, including one who swapped a spot to fit a 21 foot boat. Others call the property clean, and a few mention booking online to skip the counter. Not every review is glowing. One renter said their 10x25 unit came up short on size and that a leak damaged their electrical gear, though another reviewer said a rainy-day leak got them moved to a new unit right away. Worth a look at the space before you sign.
