About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Tampa and stores more than household goods. The unit list includes drive-up spots sized for boats and vehicles, plus covered and indoor options if you want your rig out of the weather. Access runs around the clock, so you can pull in or out on your own schedule. The rating sits at 4.7 from 695 Google reviews, and staff get the most positive mentions. Reviewers call them kind, diligent and easy to talk to, and one customer singled out Talia for walking them through an online purchase. Others describe the place as busy. Not all of it is praise. A recurring complaint in the reviews is rats, with people reporting droppings on their belongings and traps around the property. Several reviewers also say their monthly rate went up after a few months, some saying it doubled. Worth reading those before you sign.
