About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Virginia Beach and handles more than just household overflow. The listings include covered, indoor and outdoor storage, and the services cover RV, boat, car and business storage, so you can park a rig here without moving your whole garage around. Access is through an electronic gate with keypad entry, and the lot is lit. Sites are open 24/7 and there is an on-site manager. Drive-up access is available too. Reservations are free with no commitment, and you can rent online and head straight to the unit. Reviewers give it 4.9 stars across 615 reviews. A lot of the talk centers on Chassidy, who people describe as welcoming and professional. Several mention fast check-in, often around ten minutes. Some reviewers are military and call the staff military friendly. Others say the unit viewing and sign-up process went smoothly. One reviewer had a dispute over a lock reimbursement, so keep receipts.
