About Public Storage
This Public Storage on Lynnhaven Road offers indoor units, some climate controlled, in a gated lot with cameras. Reviewers often mention the clean facility and quick rental process. Staff like Stephanie and Jaleesa get named for helpful service. RV owners have used the 10x10 and 10x15 indoor units, which have rollup doors and elevator access. Climate control is a plus for keeping interiors from baking. The site is open 24/7, and the rental process gets called quick and efficient by several reviewers. Not every review is positive. A few people complained about price increases and a gate code that didn't work. Others felt the office hours were limited. Still, the majority of the 192 reviews give it 4.6 stars, and many highlight the helpful staff and clean grounds.
