About Public Storage

This Public Storage on Virginia Beach offers units from small 5x10 to large 10x30, with 24/7 access. Reviewers often mention the staff by name. Lindsay and Morgan come up for being polite and walking people through the app or rental process. Many say the sign-up was quick and easy. Not all feedback is positive. Several reviews mention rats and mold, and one person describes staff watching their unit. Those are worth reading before you commit. The facility is wheelchair accessible, and you can rent online to skip the counter. With a 4.7 rating from 390 reviews, most people seem satisfied, but the pest complaints stand out.
