About Public Storage
This Public Storage on Wake Forest's self-storage scene offers outdoor parking for larger rigs plus drive-up access on many units. The lot gets mentioned in reviews for being clean and feeling safe. Staff come up often in the feedback. Reviewers name LaQuanda and Mayo for walking them through move-in and helping match a unit to their stuff. The app and website booking come up too, and several people said their unit was ready and clean on move-in day. Not every review is glowing. One renter complained about temperature control, bugs, and a rate increase with short notice. Worth reading the full reviews before you commit. Access runs 24/7 and the property has wheelchair-accessible parking and entrance.
