About Storage King USA

Storage King USA on Wadford in Raleigh has been around since 2003, so they've had time to get the basics right. Reviewers mention the clean facility over and over, and several say they feel safe with all the cameras. It's a self-storage spot that also handles boats. The staff gets a lot of love in the reviews. Randy Lynn and Julie come up by name, with people calling them kind, helpful, and just easy to deal with. One reviewer said the move-in process was extremely easy. Another mentioned switching to a larger unit two days later and the staff made it as smooth as possible. People also like that there are carts available and that staff explain things clearly. Not every review is glowing. A few folks have complained about billing problems, like late fees they didn't expect or payments not processing. It's the kind of thing that pops up at any storage place, but worth knowing. If you're comparing spots in Raleigh, this one has a solid reputation overall, especially for the people running it.
