About R MiniStorage
R MiniStorage sits in Maxwell and draws renters from Story, Jasper, and Polk Counties. It is part of a small Central Iowa network with other locations in Baxter, Slater, and Boone. The lot has security lighting and 24/7 access, and units are drive-up so you can pull right in to load or unload. Reviewers tend to mention the same things. Several call the units clean and well kept. Others say the owners answer questions fast and sort out problems without much fuss. A few mention the size of the units and the price together, with one person saying nobody nearby comes close. One long-time renter has used the place since 2015 and reports no issues with the unit. Another had a slow stretch getting a deposit back, so ask about that when you sign. Overall the reviews land at 4.8 stars across 14 ratings, and people keep coming back.
