About Radiant Storage - Bridge City
Radiant Storage sits in Bridge City, Texas, and handles self storage plus boat and vehicle parking. The grounds are lit, cameras watch the property, and you can get to your unit around the clock. Reviewers mention the phone staff often, and most of what they say is good. One renter was helped into a bigger unit after a smaller one did not fit their needs. Not every review is warm. People store boats here, and a couple of them wrote about debris blown under the door and cats getting into a boat. One says management reached out to work on it. Some renters also complain that their monthly bill crept up from what they agreed to, and that late fees add on quickly. Online rental gets called easy, and a few folks like being close enough to drive past and check on their stuff. Ask about the unit size before you sign, since one person found a 5x10 was smaller than expected.

“Rented a space sight unseen, and it was clearly not accurate. 5x10 was more like 4x9. It also had a small door to access. Not a bad rental, it was just not what I needed.” – Brad O., 8 months ago, on Google
“I just started renting the unit. Although the unit will maybe hard for me to get down to, it is big enough for the items that will be stored. They also blessed me with a lock to secure the items. The online rental process was very easy.” – Belynda S., 10 months ago, on Google
“My prior issue where I could not access the facility was finally resolved when my unit was transferred they put me at the wrong location, so my code wasn’t working and when they would try to open remotely, they were opening the other…” – Lee J., Edited 4 months ago, on Google
