About Rancho Villa Residential Living Community & Self-Storage
Rancho Villa sits in a quiet part of Walla Walla, off the main roads but close enough to supermarkets, restaurants, a country club golf course, parks and walking trails. The community has more than 240 homes, and the same site runs an RV and self-storage lot for residents and outside customers. Reviewers who keep rigs and trailers there describe ample parking spots, clean units at move-in, and staff they call friendly, professional and accommodating. A seasonal resident who stores there calls the pricing reasonable and in line with the area, and another praises the managers for being upfront about rules and costs. Others flag rising fees and the way billing works, so read the paperwork before you sign. It is a small retirement community first, and the storage side reflects that. Quiet, secure, and run by people who reviewers say answer questions directly.
