About Ray Self Storage - Spring Garden
Ray Self Storage on Spring Garden is one of four Triad locations run by Ray Investment Properties. It handles self storage plus RV, boat, and climate-controlled units, and sells packing supplies and moving carts on site. Online payments are an option, and cameras watch the property. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Angie and Makayla get named a lot, and people describe them as friendly, informative, and quick about paperwork. Several renters are UNCG parents storing a student's belongings over the summer, and one has renewed for a second year. Others mention switching unit sizes and having the lease terms explained clearly. The lot comes up as clean in multiple reviews, and the property itself gets called beautiful. Renters say they feel safe leaving their things there and that the price matches what they get. The 4.9 rating across 182 reviews lines up with that.
