About RecNation RV & Boat Storage

This RecNation lot sits on Pleasant Hill Road near Percy Priest Lake and Elm Hill Marina, which is why a lot of the reviews come from boat owners. You can park under cover or out in the open. The place has 24/7 cameras and a fence around it, and you can pay through autopay or the mobile app. The rating sits at 4.0 from 67 Google reviews, and the numbers read better than the stars. Reviewers bring up value, secure storage, and the location most often, and a few mention staff who are polite and an easy signup. One called the facility clean and another said the spaces are roomy. Not everyone stays happy. Some long-term tenants write about rent going up by a lot with no warning, and about trouble reaching a real person by phone when billing goes wrong. A few mention potholes and gates that would not open. Worth reading the recent reviews before you commit.
