About RecNation RV & Boat Storage
This is a gated storage lot on Sorters Rd in Porter, opened in early 2023. RV, boat and car storage is the focus, and indoor units are part of the mix. Access is 24 hours, and there are cameras plus fencing around the property. Reviews are mixed, and the rating sits at 3.6 from 34 reviews. Several renters say the place is clean and well managed, and they like having on-site staff they can talk to. Security comes up often, with people mentioning the gate, the fence and the cameras. One reviewer called it a first-class facility and keeps two spots there. Others had a rougher time. One complained about a rent increase with no notice, and another said they got no extra time to move out during a hurricane and power outage.
