About Reliable Storage - Bainbridge Island
On New Brooklyn Road near the fire station, Reliable Storage runs a self-storage site that also takes vehicles, including RVs and boats. Units are clean and many have high ceilings and lighting. The place is wheelchair accessible, with a lit interior and carts on hand for moving day. Reviewers mention the staff more than anything else, especially Linda and Bree, and describe the rental process as quick and easy. Several note they have rented here more than once. One person complained about heavy air freshener in a hallway and bathroom, so if strong scents bother you, that is worth knowing. Online rentals and payments work even when the office is closed. The business is veteran-owned and women-owned. Call ahead if you are unsure which spot fits your rig.
