About Room To Spare Storage
Room To Spare Storage sits in East Amherst and covers more than indoor units. Outdoor parking is available, and boat storage is on the menu too, which matters if your rig needs a spot outside rather than a bay. The facility also has climate-controlled space and a front office that stocks packing and moving supplies, plus self storage and moving trucks. Reviews are split. Many people call the staff friendly and helpful, and several mention clean, well-kept units and a well-maintained property. A few long-term renters say the rates are fair and the office easy to work with. Others describe rude treatment and hidden costs, and one reviewer says ending a rental took repeated attempts. With 40 reviews averaging 4.1, it is worth a look if you want outdoor or boat parking close to home. Read the recent reviews yourself and ask about pull-through access before you commit.

“I have rented a storage unit from Wendy for about 4 years now and from the day I first met her to today has been amazingly friendly and easy. The units are well priced and super clean.” – Steven L., 6 years ago, on Google
“Customer service is excellent. Friendly. Rates are good. Only complaint is the webcam that they advertise hasn't worked on their website for months. Either take the advertising off the website, or get it fixed!” – Colin B., Edited 6 years ago, on Google
“Over the course of the several years we have at various times rented three separate units, two of them simultaneously, with Room to Spare. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained.” – Alan B., 5 years ago, on Google
