About Route 1 Self Storage
Route 1 Self Storage sits in Laurel, Maryland, and it pulls customers from as far as DC. One reviewer said the drive is about 40 minutes each way and still worth it for the prices. Another rented for over two years and said they would not go anywhere else. Staff come up again and again in the reviews. Shawn and Rebecca get named by several people for being friendly, quick to answer questions, and helpful through move-ins and move-outs. One person was toured and out the door in 15 minutes. The gate gives you 24/7 access, and the property is fenced. Reviewers describe the area as clean and secure, and some mention carts on hand for loading. A few reviews bring up mice, so ask about that when you visit. Rates get called competitive more than once, and at least one renter got a free month as a promotion.
