About Royal Storage of Brookshire
Royal Storage of Brookshire is a self-storage and RV storage facility. Reviewers mention the location works for people coming from Katy and other nearby towns. Several say the rates compare well to what they've paid inside Houston. The manager, Sheila, comes up often in reviews. People describe her as friendly and quick to help. One reviewer said they were signed up for a trailer space in under 30 minutes and got tips on how to store it. The property is described as clean and well-lit, with easy access. The gate closes at 7pm, which one reviewer found annoying. Another mentioned the lot is kind of tight, so a big truck made dropping off a payment tricky. If you need to get in after hours, ask about the hours before you commit.
