About RV Storage Lot, Fort Leavenworth MWR

A basic storage lot on Fort Leavenworth property, run through MWR. It sits on the site of an old motor pool, and reviewers say there is plenty of room to swing a rig around. They do warn about a few capped pipes and leftover equipment, so keep an eye out when you pull in. Spots are wide, and reviewers describe parking as easy. To get one, you stop by the MWR office on Main Post to reserve and pick up an access code. One reviewer noted the back of the lot is the old Nike Missile Launch site KC-80, with three welded doors as the giveaway. Only a few reviews so far, but they average 4.8 stars. It is a working storage lot rather than a full-service facility, and access is tied to the reservation process at the office.
