Sandlot Garage Condos

About Sandlot Garage Condos

Sandlot Garage Condos is a storage facility in Wichita, Kansas, listed under storage, boat storage, and RV storage. It also shows up as a condominium complex, which fits the setup: these are individually owned garage units rather than a single lot with a manager handing out spaces. That means the place runs on owners, not tenants paying monthly rent to one company. What that looks like day to day depends on the individual unit, so it is worth asking what a specific space includes before you commit. There are no ratings or reviews posted for this listing yet, and no posted hours, so you won't get a read on the place from the numbers alone. Drive past, look at how the units are kept, and talk to whoever is selling or leasing the space you're considering.
