Self-Storage at U-Haul

About Self-Storage at U-Haul

This is the U-Haul facility in Barstow, set up for both household storage and vehicle parking. Indoor and outdoor drive-up options are on the menu, so you can tuck a rig inside or keep it on the lot. The place is gated and camera-monitored, and the site says access hours are convenient rather than round-the-clock. Reviewers mostly come away happy. One said it beat expectations, clean and quick to get a unit in about ten minutes. Another praised the clean, organized office and the first month free, with a lock provided. A third had a billing scare over an extra day and said management refunded the charge and waived the fee. Not everything is perfect: one person hit a gate code that failed the first night, fixed the next day, and another wished for 24-hour access. The office is small, one reviewer nearly tripped over stacked boxes, but the counter staff got a friendly mention. Month-to-month rentals and online payments are listed. Climate control and packing supplies are available too. Worth a look if you are storing in Barstow.
