Access is available 24/7, and security cameras are on site. The place has a 4.7-star rating from 12 Google reviews, and reviewers often mention Lynn, the office manager, by name. They say she goes above and beyond, even helping on her day off. One reviewer called the service A-1 and said they felt treated with respect. Another praised the staff as awesome. Not every review is positive: one person reported a rat infestation and said they lost inventory. That's a serious issue worth asking about.
