Self-Storage at U-Haul

About Self-Storage at U-Haul

This U-Haul spot on the Glenwood side of Eugene handles self-storage plus vehicle and boat parking, with both indoor and outdoor options. Units are climate controlled, and the facility has cameras and 24/7 access. You can rent month to month, move in contact-free, and manage your account online. Drive-up access helps if you're hauling gear or parking a rig outdoors. Reviews are mixed. Several people praise the staff, including the manager, for being kind and helpful, and one longtime U-Haul customer called the Glenwood team the best they've dealt with. Others ran into snags. One reviewer reserved a first-floor 5x5, showed up, and was told the reservation wasn't in their system. They were offered a larger unit upstairs instead, and there's no elevator, just stairs to the upper level. Another mentioned small cubby-style units and noted the same elevator issue. Hours and phone details are worth checking before you go, since other reviewers mentioned phone communication problems. If you can, look at the unit in person first.
