About South Eugene Storage
South Eugene Storage sits close to the freeway in Eugene, and the reviews point to the same few things again and again: clean units, clean grounds, and managers who are actually there. One regular of 15 years says the managers are helpful and the grounds stay tidy, and notes no security problems in all that time. A mover who has been through most of the yards in the Eugene and Springfield area calls the staff courteous and the units very clean. Signing up is described as quick, and closing out a lot took just a phone call for one customer. Security gets decent marks; one person felt fine leaving a car on site. Not every review is warm. One customer who reserved online and canceled before moving anything in says they were refused a refund and had trouble reaching anyone, and found the person they finally spoke with rude. Another was told vehicles over 20 years old aren't accepted, condition aside. Worth knowing before you haul the rig over.
