About Self-Storage at U-Haul
This U-Haul spot on Pelham Parkway keeps things simple. You get indoor units or outdoor drive-up spaces, so your rig isn't stuck in the elements if you don't want it to be. There's also wash options and climate control, which matters in Alabama heat. Reviewers keep mentioning the staff by name. Kendra and Tanner come up as friendly and helpful, the kind of people who sort out a problem instead of brushing you off. One reviewer called it a nice change from other locations. With a 5.0 rating from 7 reviews, it's a small sample but a consistent one. Access is 24/7, cameras are on site, and you can handle payments online. Month-to-month rentals and contact-free move-in are part of the setup. It's close to Helena and the Pelham Parkway corridor, easy to reach if you're coming from around Shelby County.
