Self-Storage at U-Haul

About Self-Storage at U-Haul

This is the U-Haul facility on the Provo River side of town, near the Riverside neighborhood and Riverside Park. It handles self storage plus vehicle, boat and RV parking, with indoor units and outdoor drive-up spaces available. Rentals run month to month, and you can set up an account and pay online. Security cameras are on site, and access is 24/7 for renters. Climate control is offered, and there is a wash station on the property. Packing supplies, dollies and moving carts are sold there too, which helps if you are loading up in one trip. The Google rating sits at 4.4 across 7 reviews, so the sample is small. The most detailed review credits Sydney and Todd with going the extra mile for a customer who arrived on a busy Friday with special needs. Others are shorter, one word or one line, and one reviewer reports a break-in months back with no follow-up. Weigh that against the helpful-staff reports and ask about security when you visit.
