About Self-Storage at U-Haul

This U-Haul spot on the edge of the Grand Central District handles self-storage and vehicle parking. You get indoor units and outdoor drive-up spaces, plus options for boats and RVs. Access is 24/7, cameras are on site, and some units are climate controlled. There's also a wash station and moving supplies if you need them. Reviews are mixed. A few people had good experiences with staff, especially Grant, who gets named in a couple of reviews. Others ran into problems: a computer glitch that stalled a rental, an elevator that was out of order, and a manager some found hard to approach. One reviewer mentioned leaks and vermin, and another said empty trucks were taking up customer parking. Prices get called good in at least one review. The facility is month-to-month, and you can pay online. If you're parking an RV, the outdoor drive-up spots are the ones to ask about.
