About Self-Storage at U-Haul

This U-Haul spot on the east side of Tucson handles self-storage plus vehicle and boat parking, with both indoor and outdoor options. Units come climate-controlled, and the property has cameras and 24/7 access for renters. Reviewers mostly talk about the staff. One person went out of their way to thank Tyrone for helping move belongings from an upstairs unit to a downstairs one and called him friendly and helpful. Another called the free month of storage a game changer, and a third kept it short: great customer service. The 4.4 rating comes from just a handful of reviews, so read them yourself. One longer review is worth knowing about. That person found the spaces had no lights inside, so bring a flashlight, and said the concrete walls and ceiling were cracking and dropping dust and small rocks onto their stuff. They also noted the entrance door could be propped open. Packing supplies and moving carts are sold on site.
