About Self-Storage at U-Haul
This is the U-Haul self-storage lot in Wilmington, just off the stretch near Reading, Tewksbury, and Burlington. Indoor and outdoor storage are both on the table, so you can tuck a rig inside or leave it on a drive-up spot. Climate control is available for units. The gate keeps things locked down, cameras are on site, and tenants get 24/7 access. There is also a wash and boat storage on the property. Rentals run month to month, and you can set up the paperwork online without standing at a counter. Reviewers keep bringing up the staff, specifically Patty. They describe her as welcoming and helpful even when the place is packed, and one mentions cold water handed out on a hot unloading day. Small operation with a 5.0 rating from five reviews.

“Patty and her team in Wilmington MA was awesome!! I would highly recommend this location before any location I’ve used in the past. We picked up in Malden which went smoothly but Wilmington set the bar high.” – Amanda D., a year ago, on Google
“Patty was welcoming, collected, and helpful even while the store was very busy. I had a pretty full 10’ truck to unload myself and it was 80 degrees. She kindly provided my wife & I cold water to cool off.” – William M., 2 years ago, on Google
“Good experience with storage at this location. Staff were all super helpful whenever I needed anything.” – John S., a month ago, on Google
