About Self Storage Center 1 (East Frankfort)
Self Storage Center 1 sits on Leestown Road (421) in Frankfort, and it's the kind of place where the staff gets mentioned by name in reviews. Missy and Lisa come up often. People say they answer the phone, text back when you call, and treat folks fairly. Units are indoor, and the site offers climate and non climate drive up storage. Reviewers describe the grounds as well maintained and secure, and one long-term renter called the experience safe and clean. The people are the draw here: multiple reviews call the staff courteous and easy to talk to, and one person said they were greeted like family at check-in. Not every review is glowing. One former renter complained about a broken door that went unrepaired and a rat problem, and another thought the insurance cost was high. Worth reading through the 53 reviews yourself before you commit. If you want a unit, call ahead about availability and what size you need.
