About Self Storage Plus
Self Storage Plus sits just off Dulles Access Rd (267), north of Sunset Hills Rd, which makes it an easy stop for folks near Issac Newton Square. It's a self-storage facility with outdoor parking, and the gates and office keep set hours rather than running around the clock. On security, the place has gates, cameras, and 24/7 monitoring. Reviews are split. Several people mention staff who were accommodating and a rental process that went smoothly, and the climate-controlled units get some positive nods. Others bring up rate increases, extra fees, and rodents, so read the recent reviews before you sign. The 4.1 rating comes from 181 Google reviews. Online payments and packing supplies are available, and the site is wheelchair accessible. Worth a drive-by to see the lot and gate for yourself.

What renters mention
“I would give this place 5 stars, but one staff employee really ruined the experience. Her name is Flavia/Flabia Hernandez? I hope when you read out her name you’ll know who I’m talking about.” – Casey B., 2 months ago, on Google
“This is storage. There are going to be pests, there are going to be climate control issues. The two most important days are move in and move out.” – Aaron C., Edited 8 months ago, on Google
