About Sentinel Self Storage - Pennsville, NJ
On South Hook Road in Pennsville, this family-owned facility offers indoor units along with drive-up and warehouse storage. Security includes heavy-duty fencing, keypad entry at the gate, lighting, and 24/7 cameras. Reviewers tend to bring up the staff first. One long-term renter praised a manager by name for handling a keypad problem right away, and others call the employees nice and helpful. A couple of reviews mention clean units and note the address works well for a short-term stay while a house gets rebuilt. Not every review is glowing. A few long-term tenants say the monthly price has climbed over the years and that they never got the long-term discount the website mentions. One reviewer reported water getting into a unit and mold on boxed items, plus no trash cans on site. The place scores 4.5 from 20 Google reviews.
