About Sequoia Plaza Mobile Home Park
Sequoia Plaza sits in San Bernardino, close to the 210, 215 and 10 freeways. It's a mobile home park, and RV storage is one of the things it offers alongside the homes. Part of Santiago Communities Inc. Reviewers call the place clean more than anything else, and several mention it stays quiet. A few give the manager credit for keeping a close eye on things, which they say matters for the area. The flip side is parking. Multiple people say spaces are tight and warn that a car left in the wrong spot can get towed, even after someone on site said it was fine. The community side has a clubhouse, pool, spa, playground, billiard tables, fitness center and picnic area, with laundry on site. Entry is gated and pets are welcome. One reviewer wanted bigger laundry machines at lower prices, and another pointed out trash pickup runs once a week.
