About Simply Storage - Waldport
Simply Storage sits off SW Range Drive just east of US-101 in Waldport, serving Yachats and South Lincoln County. Storage comes in indoor and outdoor forms. The heated indoor units are built to keep moisture off sensitive items, and there is outdoor parking for RVs, boats, and trailers. Access runs through an electronic gate, with cameras and a resident manager on site around the clock. Rentals go month to month, with no security deposit and no upfront admin fee. Reviews split. Several long-term renters call the managers friendly and helpful, the grounds clean and secure, and the prices fair for the area. They also mention paved roads that make moving a rig in and out easy. Other reviewers describe rude treatment at the gate, units with rat droppings, and a refund they say never arrived. Count on calling ahead before you drive over, since one reviewer found only one person on duty.
