About SmartStop Self Storage
SmartStop sits on Sweeten Creek Rd, serving South Asheville, Royal Pines and Oak Park. The site has climate-controlled units, wide driveways and video cameras watching the grounds. Reviewers keep coming back to how clean the place is, and one noted the unit was clean and ready at move-in. Most of the praise lands on the staff. Shawn King gets named again and again for walking people through the paperwork, showing them the unit and gate, and answering a pile of questions without complaint. Julie and Ryleigh come up too, described as friendly and quick to find ways to help. People call the pricing fair and the rental process smooth. Vehicle storage is one of the listed services alongside household and business storage, and moving and packing supplies are sold on site. New tenants can get the first month free. The office keeps regular hours, so call ahead if you want to see a unit in person.
