About SmartStop Self Storage
SmartStop Self Storage sits on Sweeten Creek Rd, serving South Asheville along with Royal Pines, Oak Park, and Fletcher. It's a gated facility with video surveillance and wide drive-up access, and there's room for RVs and other vehicles as well as household and business units. Climate-controlled units are part of the mix, and reviewers bring that up. The reviews lean heavily on the staff. Shawn and Avery get named again and again for being welcoming and knowledgeable, walking people through the rental process, and returning calls with answers. The office comes across as comfortable and the units as clean. One reviewer had a rough go of it. They were told their rate was doubling a few months in, and their truck was broken into in the back lot. Worth reading the reviews yourself and asking how rates are handled. New tenants can get the first month free, and you can reserve online.
