SmartStop Self Storage, 75 Highland Center Blvd

About SmartStop Self Storage

SmartStop sits at 75 Highland Center Blvd in Asheville's Highland Center business park, next door to RV and equipment service providers. That makes it an easy stop when your rig needs work and a place to park it. The facility runs drive-up and indoor units, a covered loading bay, and three gated entries, with an onsite manager. Some storage is climate-controlled. Reviews are mixed on price. Several renters say the online rate went up after the promo period ended, and a couple report jumps they didn't expect. Others call it one of the more affordable options around Asheville. The manager, Amanda, comes up in a lot of reviews. People describe her as caring and helpful, quick to answer questions and offer moving advice, and one renter called the experience unexpected and beautiful. Other reviewers mention a clean site, quick setup, and a safe place for their things. Not every review is positive. One renter reported roaches and water damage along with trouble getting callbacks, so it's worth inspecting your unit before you load it. Hours are posted but the gate isn't open around the clock.
