About SmartStop Self Storage
SmartStop Self Storage sits on Deaverview Rd, a short hop from the Crowfields and Deaverview apartments, East View, and the Oakley and Shiloh neighborhoods. The place runs climate-controlled units, drive-up access and wide driveways, with 24/7 video surveillance on site. Ask about the first month free move-in special for new tenants. What comes through in the reviews is the staff. Josh gets named again and again for making rentals quick and for moving people into bigger units without much fuss. Della shows up too, called helpful and easy to work with. Reviewers also describe the property as clean and safe, and a few mention the security cameras. It's a 4.9 rating across 585 Google reviews, which is a lot of people bothering to say something nice. One reviewer did flag a rent increase and maintenance complaints, so it's worth asking about terms before you sign. It's household, business and vehicle storage, plus moving and packing supplies if you're short a box.
