About SmartStop Self Storage
SmartStop Self Storage sits in Longwood and takes rigs as well as household goods. Covered storage is mentioned, along with boat and RV parking. One reviewer garages a small RV here and has rented for years. Access runs through an electronic gate with video recording, and climate-controlled units are offered for the non-vehicle stuff. Reviews land at 4.9 across 878 ratings, and the staff gets most of the credit. People name John, Elijah and Porsha, describing quick setup, clear explanations and a rental process that stayed simple. A few mention pricing and a smooth move-in. Worth knowing: reviews show some friction over communication. One renter says a reserved climate-controlled 10x20 was not available at pickup, and another says an outside vehicle blocked their garage. The office has set hours, and you need to stop by during them with ID.
