Public Storage

About Public Storage

Public Storage on your side of Longwood runs a clean lot with working gates and drive-up access to most units. Reviewers keep mentioning the staff by name, especially Barbara and Cami, for being kind and patient without a pushy sales pitch. One person noted the app made access easy and there was room to move a trailer through the aisles. The unit mix goes from small 5x10 up to large 10x30, all ground floor with rollup doors and drive-up access. For vehicles there is a 10x20 outside unit listed as vehicle parking. Cameras are on site and 24-hour access is available, though the office itself keeps regular hours. Online booking and eRental are options if you want to skip the counter. Not every review is glowing. One customer had trouble returning an auto-charged lock because the office door was locked twice with no explanation. Most of the 561 reviews land at 4.8 stars, with fast signup and a clean facility coming up again and again.
