About SmartStop Self Storage
SmartStop Self Storage sits in Nottingham and serves Parkville, Overlea and Carney. Units are climate controlled and the property has video surveillance and wide driveways, which helps if you're backing a trailer or a longer rig through the gate. The listing covers self storage, drive-up units and vehicle storage, plus boat storage. Moving and packing supplies are sold on site. Current promotions include a first month free, and staff can walk you through which unit size fits your load. Most of the 467 Google reviews land at 4.7 stars, and a lot of them name the staff by first name. Reviewers describe them as accommodating, easy to work with, and willing to move a customer to another unit without a fuss. A few repeat customers say the personal service is what keeps them coming back. Not every review is warm: a couple mention price increases after the intro period and slow responses at the office, so read the lease terms before you sign.
