About StorageMart
StorageMart sits on Philadelphia Road near Rossville Blvd in Rosedale, and it handles more than household goods. The lot has large outdoor spaces for RVs, boats, and trailers, which is what most people scanning this listing are after. Access is gated with a personal gate code, and cameras run around the clock. The lot is lit, and units are on the ground level with most set up for drive-up loading. A 24/7 customer service line backs the place up when the office is closed. Reviewers tend to talk about the staff more than anything else. Jennifer and Shane come up by name, and people describe them as friendly and knowledgeable. The rental process gets called smooth and easy, and one person said it was the easiest they'd been through. The facility itself reads as well-kept and clean in reviews. Not everyone is happy: one reviewer said a reserved RV space was given away before they arrived. Worth asking about when you book.
