About South Collins Mini & RV Storage
South Collins Mini & RV Storage sits on South Collins Street just north of Arlington Municipal Airport. It pulls customers from Grand Prairie, Mansfield, Kennedale, Cedar Hill and Midlothian too, with I-20 and Highway 360 close by. The site is gated and has climate-controlled units. Reviewers keep coming back to the manager, Mike. One customer of three years calls him the best manager so far and says he listens and goes out of his way to keep people in their units. Others describe him explaining contract terms, walking them through the gate code, and staying late on a Saturday for someone who arrived 15 minutes before closing. A second employee, Adrianne, gets named alongside him. Cleanliness comes up often, along with how quick leasing is. One person walked in and had a unit the same day. Another had used the place before, left for a year, and was still recognized by name on return. Call ahead if you are driving over at lunchtime.
